For the best customer experience, we recommend testing the product promptly after delivery. This allows us to address any issues promptly and ensures your satisfaction with the purchase. If, within the first 48 hours of receiving your order, you find that the product is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately.

Vape World will accept product returns and provide you with a refund or repair where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
  • The product does not match the sample or our description; and
  • You can present your Vape World receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.

Please note Vape World may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. If the product is determined to be faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for purpose or not matching a description or sample Vape World will offer a repair, exchange or refund. If you cannot present your Vape World receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase Vape World reserves the right not to offer a refund or exchange.

Where you seek a refund for any item that was purchased as part of a ‘deal’, Vape World may refund the price in accordance with deal eligibility. No refund will be given on free items and any refund amount may be recalculated if your return results in deal eligibility no longer being met.

Operating Difficulties:

If you are experiencing operating difficulties with your product, we recommend you first contact us at vapeworld283@gmail.com before returning the product. Vape World reserves the right to:

Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

If, within the first 48 hours of receiving your order, you find that the product is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately.If defects or damages are reported beyond the initial 48-hour period, we may not be able to provide a refund or exchange. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this timeframe.

Your original Vape World receipt is the best form of proof of purchase.

Please return any accessories and manuals supplied with product.

Refunds (if applicable)

We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges(if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at vapeworld283@gmail.com and send your item to: Shop 2, 283 Lincoln Road, Addington, Christchurch 8024.

Shipping

We offer FREE delivery on all orders over $50.00 within New Zealand. $7.95 for orders under $50.00.

For Australia, we offer FREE delivery on all orders over $150. $25 for oders under $150. 

Please allow 1-2 days for warehouse processing times.

All orders are dispatched with signature required.

All orders are sent with 18+ stickers meaning ID must be sighted on delivery; this means orders cannot be left by the courier unattended.

Vape World cannot arrange for parcels to be left as an ATL (authority to leave) or remove the requirement for a signature.
If you have missed your delivery, please get in touch with courier company direct for further assistance regarding your delivery.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shop 2, 283 Lincoln Road, Addington, Christchurch 8024.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, this includes parcels returned to sender, and parcels that qualified for free shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
